Why Do You Hate Me So?
May I ask you a question that has been on my mind?
What were you looking for in me that you did not find?
What expectation did I fail to meet?
What kept me from sweeping you off your feet?
What gives you the right to lookstraight through me?
Who is it that you are desperately hoping to see?
What have I done to make you hate me so?
Why every time I open a door out the other you go?
I will not walk away without an answer from you
I believe this is the least that you can do
Tell me the things you need to get off your chest
Then I will go rot in Hell, but I will be at rest
So from my high horse this knight you finally did knock
I guess it should not come as that much of a shock
You sucked the life from my body and left me for dead
I should have thought less with my heart and more with my head...!!!
